Are recruiting qualified staff for the following areas.

Chef/ Cook

-As Chef / Cook you will have responsibility over all aspects of food production.

-Experience and knowledge of implementing and monitoring HACCAP procedures.

-Be able to work under pressure whilst also producing excellent cuisine.

-Work on your own initiative and alongside a successful team.

-Have a passion for food and cooking with imagination.

-Must be fluent in English or Irish. Various shifts available

-Weekend work involved.

Food Service and Cashier

-As server you will be required to work with a dynamic team of people in our Grocery, Food & Beverage outlet.

-Work on your own initiative.

-Various shifts available

-Be able to work under pressure.

Main duties as server will include preparation and service of tea/coffee and alcoholic drinks. Taking orders and Serving of food. Preparation of Shop / Restaurant prior to opening and closing. Must have a flair for dealing with the public.

Main duties as cashier will include complete responsibility of till management, occasional preparation and service of tea/coffee and alcoholic drinks. Taking orders and Serving of food. Preparation of Shop / Restaurant prior to opening and closing. Must have a flair for dealing with the public.

Must be fluent in English and a command of the Irish language is preferred but not essential. Weekend work involved.
