Customer Care and Food Hygiene (HACCP) Courses

Two 4 hour courses will take place on Monday 16 May  next in Club Cléire. The Customer care course will last from 9 am to 1 pm and the Food Hygiene course from 2pm to 6pm. The Instructor will be Sinéad Ó Halloran of Cater Care and the course is organised by Comhar na nOilean in cooperation with Comharchumann Chléire Teo and part funded by SICAP.

Ms O’Halloran comes highly recommended and we hope that the courses will be well attended.

The course is free to anyone in receipt of social welfare, but they need to complete a form in the Co Op office for approval. For others the cost per course is €20. Attendance should be confirmed in Co Op Office with the requisite fee as there are limited places.
