The first ever 5K fun race held on Cape Clear Island last year was a spectacular success and this years event could be better again. The race which started at the Heritage Centre attracted over 90 entrants and all were feted by the friends, supporter and neighbors along the route. We are delighted that permission has been graciously granted to route this  years event on Saturday 16 July through the Island Goat farm and on to the old 'Bóthar Lár' so that participants will have a unique opportunity to run on grass through a working goat farm while enjoying the spectacular views in a spectacular setting.  We show the poster together with some photos of the goat farm and route and our readers will surely agree that this is an event no to be missed.
