We welcome the news of the upgrading of the Island's water supply https://www.water.ie/news/4.3-million-investment-pl/and hope that this will be matched by appropriate investment in housing. Cape Clear Island looks set to have a super harbour and marina, an ungraded water system, a new distillery and a serious shortage of housing, so its time for some integrated thinking. The Island has a great future if we can solve the current housing problem.
