We like the seasonal beauty of this photo taken in the Island wood today which will no doubt inspire the imagination of some of our younger residents and visitors. This is along the trail where the spooky moonlit walk is planned for 8pm on Monday, starting from the entrance to the Old Post Office. Since we are sadly deficient in our knowledge of fungi we offer two return tickets to the Island to the first reader who can tell us, via our FB page the name and characteristics of this beautiful mushroom.
